International Symposium on Epitaxial Graphene 2017
Graphene is one of the most promising materials for semiconducting industry, due to its extremely high carrier mobility. Epitaxial graphene on SiC is the best candidate, because wafer-scale single-crystalline graphene can be grown directly on an insulating substrate. We invite Prof. Walter de Heer from Georgia Institute of Technology, and many pioneers from US and Europe. We will discuss about the “recent progress and future of epitaxial graphene on SiC”.
